I'm excited to run for re-election to the Washington State Senate in 2020.
During my first term, we made record investments in our public schools, passed stronger gun safety laws, reduced our state's impact on the environment, established our groundbreaking State Women's Commission, passed the Voting Rights Act and passed the Reproductive Parity Act.
While I'm proud of those achievements there is much more to do. This includes getting our economy back on track after the coronavirus lockdown, reducing homelessness, ensuring we are prepared for other statewide emergencies, stronger action on climate change, and stronger gun safety measures.
I can't work on these critical issues without your support. I would be honored to earn your vote again to be your State Senator in the 41st Legislative District.
